Cook/Chill Systems

Unitherm’s Cook/Chill Systems have unique airflow controls to provide the most even atmosphere in the industry. Whether you’re steaming, smoking, drying, roasting, or chilling, this system has a temperature range of -40°F (-40°C) to 500°F (260°C). Our Cook/Chill Systems allow for higher yields than traditional batch systems, and the multi-zone configuration gives you the flexibility to develop individual cooking processes. Further, because the system is automated, it improves plant safety by eliminating the need for trolleys in the process area.
