Come See Our Equipment in Action (and Try Some Bacon) at PROCESS EXPO, Sept. 19-22

Once again, the halls of McCormick Place in Chicago will be filled with the delicious aroma of home-cooked bacon. Next week at PROCESS EXPO, we’ll be in Booth 2243 cooking up some of Executive Chef Justin Donald’s signature specialties on our Micro Spiral OvenTM.

We’ll be running the spiral oven continuously on all days of the show. In addition, we’ll be demoing the Grote Bacon Slicer and the Grote Hot Slitter, as well as our meatball making machine, periodically throughout the day.

Here’s the daily schedule, to add to your show calendar:

  • 9:00 – 10:00: Roasted vegetables
  • 10:00 – 11:00: Bacon!
  • 11:00 – 12:00: Flame-seared chicken breast, teriyaki chicken thighs, and marinated chicken skewers
  • 1:00 – 2:00: Thai-style pork spare ribs and flame-seared sous vide cooked beef short ribs
  • 2:00 – 3:00: Meatballs
  • 3:00 – 3:45: Chicken wings

We’ll also have our CleanDrains sanitary control products on display right next door in Booth 2239, where you can see the types of hygienic solutions that gave us our start in the food industry. And don’t forget to visit our new parent company, Marlen International, in Booth 1041.
